Important Unboxing Requirement

For your protection and to help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The condition of the packaging

  • The product inside the box

This video may be required to verify claims involving:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect items

  • Incorrect sizes or colors

  • Manufacturing defects

Without valid unboxing video evidence, Auravelle reserves the right to decline return, exchange, or refund requests.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Auravelle, including:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong color

  • Wrong size

  • Defective product

  • Missing item

we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.


Promotional & Sale Items

Orders placed during promotional campaigns, discount events, clearance sales, or with discount codes are considered final sale and are generally not eligible for return or refund.

However, returns or exchanges may still be accepted if the issue is confirmed to be caused by the manufacturer or supplier, including:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Incorrect color

  • Incorrect size

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Product significantly different from the original order

To request a return or exchange for promotional or discounted orders, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue upon opening the package.

The video must clearly display the product condition and the issue being reported so our team can review and verify the claim.

Without valid video evidence, Auravelle reserves the right to reject return, exchange, or refund requests for promotional or sale items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Returns requested after 15 days from delivery

  • Products without original packaging or accessories


Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend requesting a return first and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Return Shipping
